Before booking an appointment, I ask that you please read over the following policies carefully to ensure there are no misunderstandings prior to your appointment. If you are unable to honor them, I respectfully ask that you refrain from scheduling. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING
Cancellation Policy
I realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, I respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hours notice. Since I realize that it can be easy to forget appointments with busy schedules, all appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance. A credit card on file is required for all bookings.
A cancellation or request to reschedule made more than 24 hours in advanced will be accommodated with no fee.
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) booked.
A cancellation for same day bookings will require at least 2 hours notice, or result in a 50% charge of the service(s) booked.
Failure to confirm your appointment 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in your appointment being cancelled and a 50% charge of the service(s) booked.
No-Show Policy
A “no show” to your appointment will be charged 100% of the original service(s) booked.
Late Policy
In the event that you are running late to your appointment, please call/text to notify me.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged a $25 late fee. If your service is NOT able to be completed in the allotted time, I will have to ask you to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked since this is considered a late cancellation. If I am still able to complete your service at the time of your arrival, please note that your treatment time will be shortened in order to avoid inconveniencing clients arriving after you.
Children + Additional Guest Policy
I respectfully ask that you do not bring children or other guests with you to your appointment unless they are scheduled to receive a treatment as well. Doing so may result in a cancellation of your appointment and a 50% charge of the service(s) booked as it will be considered a late cancellation. I am unable to accommodate other guests in my space and cannot supervise children while completing your service.
CC Authorization and Card on File Policy
All clients must have an active credit card on file in order to hold your appointment time.
A deposit of 50% of the service(s) booked is required to hold your appointment.
Failure to pay that deposit at least 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in it being cancelled.
Charges to the card on file will not be made without your knowledge.
Payment for cancellation, late, and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file.
Refund + Product Return/Exchange Policy
Taylor Morgan Beauty does not accept or offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any of the following: services received, products purchased in-clinic or online and gift cards purchased in-clinic or online.
Any products purchased from Face Reality or Image Skincare directly does not fall within my business and therefore any returns or exchanges must be made through them following their separate policies.
Termination Policy
Any client with a repeated history of late cancellations or no-shows will be terminated from booking any future appointments with Taylor Morgan Beauty.
Failure to abide by spa policies will result in termination from booking any future appointments at Taylor Morgan Beauty.
